Deanna Salemme is an Of

Fisher, LLC. Attorney Salemme has a general litigation practice, handling a variety of general business litigation and personal injury litigation cases. Ms. Salemme is experienced in personal injury matters, product liability, premises liability, liquor liability and dram shop liability. Ms. Salemme has tried several cases and has arbitrated cases before the American Arbitration Association and other alternative resolution forums. Prior to joining Cataldo & Fisher, Ms. Salemme was an attorney for many years at Mitchell & DeSimone, a litigation firm located in Boston. She also previously practiced as an attorney in the Leased Housing Division of the Boston Housing Authority, during which time she was a board member of the Section 8 Administrators Association and a member of the leased housing committee of the Citizens for Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA).
Recent cases and representative engagements include:
› Represented numerous plaintiffs in personal injury claims and lawsuits.
› Represented defendant property owners, business owners and operators of motor vehicles in
personal injury lawsuits.
› Defended local town against allegations of negligent maintenance of town property. Obtained
summary judgment on all counts.
› Defended franchisee of an international fast food restaurant chain against negligent
maintenance of property claims. Obtained summary judgment on all counts.
Education
Ms. Salemme received her law degree, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School in 1999. During law school she was a member of the Juvenile Justice Law Clinic and the Battered Woman's Advocacy Project. Ms. Salemme received the award of Honorable Mention, First Year Oral Advocacy Competition, and was the recipient of the Justinian Law Society Scholarship.
