Attorneys Cataldo and Fisher successfully obtained preliminary injunctive relief for their client in a trademark infringement case.
Attorney Cataldo will once again judge the American Bar Association's National Appellate Moot Court Competition to be held in Boston in March 2011.

Attorney
Cataldo has volunteered for the Women's Bar Foundation Elder Law
Project. The Project provides pro bono legal services to limited income
elderly who are in need of wills, health care proxies, and durable
powers of attorney.

Attorney
Fisher successfully challenged the search of a vehicle based on an odor
of burnt marijuana. After a suppression hearing, the judge agreed with
Attorney Fisher's argument and ruled that the police should have
limited their search of the vehicle to where marijuana, a decriminalized
substance, would reasonably be found. As a result of the ruling, the
Commonwealth dismissed all drug possession charges against her client.
September 2010
We are pleased to announce that Richard A. Formato and Deanna C.
Salemme have joined the firm as of counsel attorneys. Attorney
Formato will continue his practice in intellectual property law, and
Attorney Salemme, formerly of Mitchell and DeSimone, will continue her
practice in civil
litigation and personal injury litigation.
Attorney
Richard Formato has gained notoriety for his extensive work in the
field of Central Force Optimization. His research findings have

Attorney Cataldo has been appointed to the Zoning Board of Appeals in Reading, Massachusetts. She will serve a three year term.
